Corporation Free Radio

This is pretty cool. I'm writing this blog while tuning in to various internet radio stations. If you're a big fan of music, there's a whole universe of choices available on the net that you will never hear on conventional FM radio. After all, no one's getting any kickbacks here. The programming and playlists are all labors of love by the people that put them together.

Music's not all there is. There are all sorts of talk radio internet stations, access to college radio, even comedy routines and old style radio dramas. The selection is literally endless.

So check it out. All you need is iTunes, Real Player or Winamp. You'll be glad you got away from the corporate conglomerate that controls the airwaves. Some good places to start are Live 365.com, radioparadise.com, Radio IO eclectic and rock channels, Radiostorm.com, and if you want to know what's going on in the UK music scene, Virgin Radio.

Man...this sounded like a commercial, didn't it? How about we consider this a Public Service Announcement?
